What if I have a question about item availability?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
What sizes do you carry?
We offer a wide range of sizes to ensure everyone finds something they love. Our collections typically range from XS to 3X, and we’re proud to offer inclusive sizing options in many of our styles.

Can I check out without creating an account?
Yes, you can check out without creating an account. Simply use the "Guest User Checkout" option at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. You will need to fill out all checkout information, but no user account will be generated. Please note, guest users will not be able to check their order status or review previous orders online.
How can I track my order?
After your order is successfully transmitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will follow, including your tracking number. You can check the status of your order by clicking the tracking link provided in the email.

Yes, after placing an order, you will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. You can use this link to follow your package.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, we offer free in-store pickup at both our Hermitage and Canonsburg locations. Simply choose the “In-Store Pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been used or worn, and with original packaging and tags attached. Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and all sale and clearance items are final sale. Return and exchange policies are subject to change without notice.
