Return Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging intact.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at support@sosotrendy.com with your order number and the reason for your return to request a Return Authorization (RA#).
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for your return, along with a return shipping label if needed.
3. Clearly print your name, address, and RA# on the outside of the package, and send your return to:

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color, please follow the return steps and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sosotrendy.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.
