Shipping Guidelines

• Orders placed Monday-Saturday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours, pending availability and credit verification.
• Orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and ship within 48 hours.
• You will receive a follow-up email if the merchandise you’ve selected is out of stock or if we require additional information for credit verification.

Note: Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options for the United States:

• Ground Shipping: Flat rate of $8.00 (3-5 business days)
• 2-Day Shipping: Flat rate of $17.00
• Next Day Shipping: Flat rate of $27.00

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping, with costs based on several factors, including the total price of items, package weight, and destination. Here’s how it works:

• Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout to view the shipping costs for 5-7 business day delivery.
• Expedited shipping services (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) are available by request. Contact us at info@trendytrousseau.com for a shipping cost estimate based on your location and order size.

Risk of Loss:
Once we deliver your merchandise to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. You may also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility, and we do not control or predict them. For specific details, contact your local customs office.

We comply with all laws and regulations of destination countries and may provide certain order details to our carriers to facilitate customs clearance.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from So So Trendy, you are responsible for:

• The original shipping charges,
• Any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred on both the original and return shipments,
• The cost of returning the package to us.

These charges will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to:

• APO/FPO addresses,
• P.O. Boxes.

We do not offer Saturday delivery, and some countries may have restrictions on specific items.
